Chip
Adama probes comprise a boron-doped diamond coated silicon AFM probe with an integrated tip, cantilever and standard support chip (3.4 mm x 1.6 mm x 0.3 mm) with alignment grooves on the back side. The diamond shell completely encases the tip, cantilever and support chip.

Tip
The tip is composed of two parts - the Bulk Tip and Adama Tip. The Bulk Tip is a polygon based 4-sided pyramid with a full cone angle is 45° when viewed along the cantilever axis and 55° when looking from the side. The height is 10 - 15 μm and features the diamond Adama Tip at the apex.

Bulk diamond film resistivity of < 5 mΩ-cm (<15 mΩ-cm on LC tips)
